According to our local information sources, Stone County MO single family homes sales last month total was down again to just 27 single family, built on site homes with the highest priced one selling for $1,200,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $68,000. That is not good news for home sellers in the Table Rock Lake area. The good news is the medium price of homes sold was up to $185,000 and more bad news: half of them were foreclosures or short sales.
