The highest priced one sold for $420,000 and the lowest priced one sold for $101,000. The medium price of $185,000 shows less foreclosed homes sold than last month and more primary residence buyers in the market now. A positive report for the Branson area home sales and a great beginning in 2011.
There were 5 condos that closed escrow last month and they ranged from $245,000 to $75,000. These sales were higher priced range of condos with a median price of about $125,000. This is a positive indicator for the condo seller in the Branson Real Estate Market.
