More good news for Missouri Home Buyers in 2010.

Besides the First Time Homebuyer's Tax Credit and the Previous Homeowner's New Home Tax Credit,

Missouri Home Buyers have another tax credit available.  Just to make it easy I will let you go there, but to sum it up, your  property taxes can get paid by the State this year! HOPE FOR MO HOMEBUYERS.

 Now I HOPE that will make some of you see another reason to get 'er done before April 30th:)

You bet Lanora, we need to get them after that money before it is gone, only 15 million for the whole state I believe!
