All that and a Lake view for only $45,000? I am living in the wrong state.
Steve - I have to agree with Tom on his comment, and is there any restrictions on how high you can build the home on the lot? If there can be a three story building built on this property it would create even a better view then what you have on your post.
Tom, you are such a great encourager, thanks so much, so when you moving south? (lol)
Robert, actually I was standing on the ground, just putting a home on a walk-out basement here would put you so much higher your view would be amazingly improved for sure, thanks for the thoughts!
anything is posible! a 3 story home isnt really necessary for this! nope it will be too beautiful anyway some people dont want a 3 story home you cant imagine how nice the weather is down here than wisconsin!!! i moved here from chicago illinois and i live 1 block away from joe bald road to that lot its BEAUTIFUL!
Thanks for your kind words Ann Marie, I was standing flat footed on the parcel and know that the view of a home built here would be so much better because they would be much higher even on the walk-in main level deck, let alone a second story, for sure. Would love to retire with a view like this someday myself!
