Missouri Living at it's BEST!

According to local information, Stone County MO single family homes sales last month total was down again to just 15 single family, built on site, homes with the highest priced one selling for $665,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $31,500. That is not good news for home sellers in the Table Rock Lake area.  The medium price of those homes sold was down to $140,000.  The only good news is  only 3 were sold as short-sales and foreclousres.   Major areas covered by this report are Branson, Branson West, Cape Fair, Crane, Hurley, Kimberling City, Lampe, Galena, Shell Knob & Reeds Spring. 

There were 4 condos sold and they sold for $144,000 down to $92,000 and the medium price was $124,000.  One more sold and just one was a foreclosre/short sale is the positive aspect of our condo market news.

Stone County Missouri Real Estate Market Report for June 2011 According to the latest statistics, Stone County MO single family homes sales last month total was 32 single family - built on site - homes with the highest priced one selling for $375,000 and the lowest priced one selling for only $25,000. That is a "one homesale" improvement over last month with a medium price of $133,000 which is a big decrease showing a strong foreclosure home sales influence in the Stone County & Table Rock Lake Area Singe Family Home Market.

There were 6 condos that reported being closed last month, good news for the Table Rock Lake area Condo owners in Stone County, Missouri. They sold for $189,000 to $34,000 with a medium price of $110,000. This is actually a strong short-sale influence being seen in the condo market right now.

There was one condo that closed escrow last month and they sold it for $149,000.  This really is not good news for the Stone County and Table Rock Lake Condo Real Estate Market.
