Stone County Missouri Real Estate Market Report for December 2010

According to the latest statistics, Stone County MO single family (built on site) homes sales last month total was 24  homes with the highest priced one selling for $850,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $38,000.  That is 2 less than last month with a medium price of about $140,000 which shows little change worth noting.  Not much positive to report for the Stone County & Table Rock Lake Area Single Family "built on site homes" Real Estate Market. 

There were 3 condos that closed escrow last month and two did not report their sales price.  These sales were 3 less units sold than last month with no medium price,  not good news for the Table Rock Lake Condo sales in Stone County, Missouri.

Branson Missouri Real Estate Market Report for May 2010

According to our local info, Branson site-built single family homes sales last month total was 24 homes sold.  The highest priced one sold for $270,000 and the lowest priced one sold for $42,000 with a median price of $146,000.  That is 4 less homes than the previous month's sales total and a lower median.  With the end of the tax incentive it is an expected dip in sales.

 Condo sales were way up with 16 closing escrow last month.  The highest one sold for $252,500 and the lowest sold for $46,500.  These condos had a much higher median price of $103,000, so that is real good news for condo owners and equalled the medium price around Table Rock Lake in Stone County last month.

 

Market information for land, farms, and mobile-home sales as well as other local information is available by request.  Real estate is always local and there is no problem getting financing for good buyers and a fair price for good property, if you know the market.

Stone County and Table Rock Lake Market Report for May 2010

According to our local statistics, single family homes sales in Stone County MO last month totaled  28 single family homes.  The highest priced one sold for $743,000 and the lowest priced one sold for $59,000.  The median price for homes last month was about $222,000.  That is 2 more than the previous months site-built single family homes sold  with a much higher mediaum price and the kind of news we hoped for the Stone County and Table Rock Lake area's Real Estate Market.  

Condo sales was also better with 3 more than the previous month with 7 condos sold.  The highest price was $190,000 and the lowest was $53,000.  The medium price was about $103,000 which was the same as the Branson condo sales last month's medium.  All good news here too.

 

Real Estate Market information is local and there is good financing available at great rates for buyers with qualified credit.  For owners this is great news and a good price is now possible on your home or other investment property.  Naturally, whether you should buy or sell depends upon your particular circumstances more than any other factor.
